Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes. Every appointment begins with a diagnostic of your hair, at no cost. It is used to choose the right protocol before any treatment.
Can I book every service online?
Most of them, yes. Smoothing, hair botox, updos, bridal hair trials and treatments on quote are booked by phone on 09 80 95 85 57, or on WhatsApp at the same number.
How long does a treatment take?
Allow about 2 hours for Ilhamo Thérapie, as for Soin Profond.
Treatments
Why does the price depend on length?
Processing time and the amount of product increase with length. The menu therefore shows three prices: short, mid-length and long.
Do you work with curly, tightly curled and coily hair?
Yes. The institute works with every hair type, from straight to afro, including relaxed, bleached or highlighted hair.
What if my colour project risks damaging my hair?
We will tell you. The team would rather turn down a project than weaken your fibre, and will suggest another route.
Shop
How do I receive HDLH products?
Pickup at the salon, or delivery: 13,50 € for 1 to 3 products, 16,50 € beyond that.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, of 50, 100, 150 or 200 €.

Where is the salon?
At 17 rue du Roule, Paris 1st, a 5-minute walk from the Louvre-Rivoli and Châtelet-Les Halles stations.
What are your opening hours?
Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.
